Hi Kathy,
The "All-on-4" technique is almost always an excellent solution for replacing all the teeth in the mouth, regardless of age. Though it's less common to see younger patients for the All on 4 procedure as they often don't need full mouth replacements, they typically make excellent candidates as they usually are in good health and have better bone density than the elderly.
