Gary from Oceanside, CA asks:
I'm considering having the All-on-4 procedure done instead of full set of dentures. Can I get an realistic idea of what this procedure would cost if I were replacing all of my teeth? I have very little bone degeneration to speak of.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Gary,
While it is truly difficult to provide a cost estimate without much more background on your oral health, in general the range for the All on Four surgery and initial bridge (all acrylic) is $12,500 - $14,500. This is what is called a "Standard All-on-4".
In many cases, though, a second bridge with a titanium milled framework (for strength) and ceramic teeth (for esthetics) is made 6-12 months later, or longer. If that is the case, there is an additional fee depending on the type of materials used.
At my offices, we can frequently arrange to work with a patients existing dentist for maintenance and delivery of the final bridge in his/her office if the patients desire. Also, we offer free airport pick up, hotel stay (Marriot) and transportation to and from the facility. We are close to NYC and can help arrange trasportaition/ dinner / events.
