Depends, if you have bone
Depends, if you have bone around the tooth with 3 walls you will get a stoppage of the bone loss. If you have 4 walls that surround the tooth you will get bone to regenerate to the level of the existing bone. There are certain factors that influence the outcomes, non-diabetic, non-smoker, good oral hygiene, and free of most pathogenic bacteria in the mouth.
You should look for a general DDS ( as I do )that does alot of these procedures or a Periodontist.

The result depends on the type of bone loss, its location, and relationship to adjacent teeth. I recommend you to see a prosthodontist and an oral surgeon to assess the condition and make proper recommendations.
