Daphne Alabama

Located in Baldwin County Alabama, Daphne can be found on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay. Daphne became the last of all Baldwin County cities to put into action a public smoking ban (with bars, clubs and some hotel rooms being exempt). Also, in 2010, a ban on texting while driving was also enacted with the help of a Bayside Academy student.
