Is a full mouth restoration with dental implants feasible for someone with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and osteoporosis?

Age 67, and I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). teeth in very bad condition--upper worse than lower-- even though I do brush at least 3 times a day.  Small teeth with badly erode enamel-- have been told this is due to grinding or acid reflux, although small teeth is sometimes an EDS characteristic.  Diagnosed with osteoporosis last year,  Gaps between teeth, receding gums.  Bite is unstable--cannot wear appliances because teeth have shifted since they were made.  Some TMJ problems.  I generally avoid smiling because of the condition and color of my teeth, and the fact that I generally look toothless when I smile because of the size of my teeth.  This has been the case since at least adolesence, and was made worse when a dentist shaved off my 2 front teeth after they were broken when I was hit in the mouth with a rock during a childhood playground scuffle. Am interested in implants,do not want dentures unless this is absolutely the only solution. Any thoughts?

Collagen is an essential item in many biological processes such as wound healing and bone formation, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is caused by a genetic mutation that affects collagen formation.
You may have problems with wound healing that could affect the results of implant surgery.
Your case should be evaluated by the dentist to determine if implants are indicated and any other alternatives discussed.
Good luck!

Some starting points for your evaluation:

1) bone density scan

2) Hounds tooth value from CBCT in the area of planned implant placement

3) CTX-Collagentelopeptide level
