About Allan Fuhr , DMD
Dr. Allan Fuhr is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in practice for 38 years, and providing dental implant treatment since 1978.
Dr. Fuhr received his DMD from Fairleigh Dickinson College of Dentistry after earning his BA from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
He is a national and international lecturer on surgical and prosthetic techniques for IMTEC MDI Implants and Standard Root-form Implants. Dr. Fuhr is a member of numerous professional organizations including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Federation Dentaire Internationale, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association.
His writing has been published in dental journals, and his accreditations include PACE approval with the Academy of General Dentistry.
